Literature Text

Lucky you
And your happy life
You never worry
You don’t have to
It’s all given to you

Lucky
Lucky it is indeed
To be born rich
Never have to work
A day in your life

Lucky boy
In your expensive car
And expensive shoes
With your designer suit
Made in Italy

Lucky you
You’re worth a million
But a million
Will never be worth you
Aren’t you lucky?

Lucky man
You make me laugh
Your pretty face
Is just a mask
I can see right through you

Lucky you
And your false crises
Now you see that
Living easy can be hard
If you’re lucky
An observation of the snobby, spoiled, materialistic rich people in my town.

This is actually (almost) a poem with... *gasp* structure. I may use it as a song.

The greatest tragedy of an easy life, is never being strong enough to live on your own. Wealth, nice shoes, a pretty face, italian suits, last only a small amount of time. These people will die in misery, watching all they care for turn to dust. They care for things and put all of their faith and trust into things that will die sooner than they will. All that remains is an empty shell.

Look at Howard Hughes.
